Secondary Muscles: Posterior Deltoids, Infraspinatus, Latissimus Dorsi, Subscapularis, Supraspinatus, Serratus Posterior
Not everyone is made for an Overhead Dumbbell Squat; dumbbells allow the shoulders to work independently. Overhead squats are advanced movements and require ample mobility.
