6 slices of turkey meat – unprocessed less sodium
6 slices of tomato
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup shredded cabbage
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
pinch salt and pepper
Method of Preparation:
- In a medium bowl mix together the vinegar sugar and salt. Add the carrots and cabbage mix well until fully coated. Leave aside to pickle
