Healthy Leftover Turkey Open Face Sandwich

After such a large meal sometimes it can be hard to imagine finishing any leftovers! Especially if you do not want to feel so full day after day.  Yet, you do not want to let food go to waste! To help you enjoy your leftovers in a healthy and different way, we came up with a Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich!


Ingredients

  • 2 oz of sliced leftover turkey breast, warmed up
  • 2 slices of low carb bread
  • ¼ cup leftover stuffing, warmed up
  • 1 TBSP leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1 TBSP leftover gravy, warmed up
  • A few leaves of baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Toast bread in toaster oven until crisp
  2. Spread Cranberry sauce on each slice of toast
  3. Put a few leaves of spinach on each side
  4. Layer turkey on each slice 
  5. Then crumb stuffing on each side
  6. Finally drizzle gravy 
  7. Enjoy!
