Should you workout on Christmas? Honestly the answer is up to you! Working out can help with digestion, help burn some calories so you do not feel guilty about having 1 too many Christmas cookies and just get those holiday endorphins flowing!
In reality though, this one day is not going to make or break you if you try your best to follow a balanced diet and workout regularly.
Remember consistency is key! The key is to not make those Christmas cookies a treat all month long, but instead just on Christmas Eve and Christmas. But working out can help you feel a little better and stop the scale from moving too much.
Below is what we are calling a 12 Days of Christmas Workout! From 1 rep to 12 reps. You start with the first exercise “1 - 20 second plank” then 2 burpees, 3 inch worms, and all the way up to 12 high knees! Then you can either rest 3-5 minutes and repeat or go get ready for that Christmas Dinner!
