Below are 7 super sets! Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds and move on to the next super set! Complete all the sets and repeat 2 more times to complete a workout that is about 30 minutes! Good luck! Remember to snap a selfie and tag on on Social media!

  • Side Plank Crunch (switch ½ way through)
