Enjoy these decadent, delicious and guilt free muffins the next time you need a protein boost or to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

-10 oz baked sweet potato without the skin

-1 cup plain Greek yogurt

-3 eggs

-1/3 cup cacao powder

-3 tbsp almond flower

-pinch of cinnamon

-1 tsp baking soda

-pinch of sea salt

-3 scoops Shredz Chocolate protein powder

-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

For Icing:

-Wisk protein powder and almond milk together in a bowl until desired consistency

 Instructions:

-Preheat your oven to 375°F

-Place all of the ingredients except the protein powder and dark chocolate chips into a bowl to mix together.

-Next add in the protein powder and dark chocolate chips. Mix together.

-Place the batter into muffin cups and sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top if you’d like a little more chocolate flavor.

-Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

-Allow the muffins to cool completely before adding the protein icing on top.
