Everyone has what it takes to achieve greatness, but not everyone discovers the steps necessary to get there. When you sign up for online coaching, you will get the tools you need to reach any fitness goal, and guidance from world-class exercise physiologists, registered dietitians, and strength and conditioning coaches.

The Shredz online coaching team is a diverse crew of fitness professionals with a history of success in designing effective diet and training programs for clients ranging from nationally qualified bodybuilders, Olympic athletes, bikini competitors, NFL athletes, and now you.

Each of our coaches specializes in a unique discipline, which gives them the ability to work as a team to provide a comprehensive approach to your personal diet, training, and lifestyle needs.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Choose your plan

We offer 4, 8, and 12 week plans that contain both a personalized diet and training program. We recommend that you commit to a full 12 weeks to see a big transformation in your weight, body composition, and athletic performance.

The 4 and 8 week options are recommended for those who are already very close to their goal, or as an add-on to a 12 week plan for continued progress.

STEP 2

Submit Questionnaire

When you purchase an online coaching package, you’ll receive a questionnaire in your e-mail inbox. Fill it out fully and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. This information will be used as to design your diet and training program. You can submit before images if you are comfortable doing so. This is your starting point and your program will be adjusted as you make progress.

STEP 3

Receive Your Program

When we have all of your information, we will begin crafting your program. You will receive your plan via e-mail within 3-6 days. When you get it, look through it and get to work!

STEP 4

Weekly Coach Check-ins

Your coach will check in with you on a weekly basis. This is your opportunity to ask questions, talk about your progress, obstacles, and get professional advice on anything from proper form to lifestyle changes to maintain your results.

STEP 5

Analyze Your Results

At the end of your program, it’s time to take a look at how far you’ve come and where you want to go from here. You’ll submit your after pictures (if you’re comfortable doing so), and have a consultation with your coach to map out a game plan for either continuing your progress or switching your goal.
