This recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

 1 12 oz. can chickpeas – drained

2 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. ground ginger

2 tbsp. brown sugar

 

Method of Preparation:

 

  1. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with grease proof paper.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in a bowl
  3. Add the olive oil, salt, cinnamon, ginger and sugar. Mix well until well coated
  4. Serve hot or cold *good 3 days after making – transfer to air tight container if you wish to save.
