RAW PALEO KETO COLLAGEN CHOCOLATE BITES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ¼ cup raw unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 scoop Keto Collagen Chocolate
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp water

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the walnuts to a food processor with the cocoa powder and process until the walnuts are finely chopped.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and process until a dough forms.  Add more water if needed.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then form the mixture into 14 bite sized balls. 
  4. If needed, place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
