Protein Vanilla Breakfast Loaf

Enjoy this simple, filling and tasty treat to show of your baking skills, even to your health conscious friends! This light and delicious protein bread is packed with flavor and nutrition in every bite.


o   3 scoops of vanilla protein powder

o   1 cup of gluten free oats

o   1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

o   1 tsp baking powder

o   1/2 tsp baking soda

o   1/2 tsp xanthum gum

o   1 tsp vanilla extract 

o   3 egg whites

o   1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk



 1- Preheat oven to 320 degrees  and line a small loaf tin with non-stick spray or coconut oil.

2- Place the oats into a food processor and mix on high for 45 seconds to create a “flour” like powder.

3- Next, add all of your dry ingredients together and mix on high for an additional 30 seconds.

4- Add the wet ingredients into the mixture and mix on high for an additional minute, or until you have a smooth consistency, somewhat of a batter.

5-Pour the batter mixture into the lined loaf tin and bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes.

6- Once the bread is done cooking, let it cool slightly and enjoy! Feel free to top it with your favorite nut butter, chopped nuts or coconut flakes!
