Most flavored yogurts are filled with sugar, making it not Keto Friendly!  With Keto Collagen you can use flavor your plain yogurt and add some healthy MCT fats to keep you in keto!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup full-fat unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Keto Collagen Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ tsp coconut extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the Greek yogurt to a serving bowl and mix in Keto Collagen and coconut extract.
  2. Top with shredded coconut and enjoy!
